Shipping, product exchanges and returns
Shipping to Germany is free from 80€ order value. Shipping to other European countries is free from 150€ order value.
In case shipping costs apply to your order, these will be calculated as follows:

Delivery within Germany usually takes between 1-5 days and in the rest of Europe 2-5 days.
International shipping outside of Europe is possible as well - just contact us at email@example.com and we'll take care of the details.
All of our orders are shipped with DHL - whenever possible we chose DHL's climate neutral Go Green option.
Product exchange and returns
In case you do not want to keep your MÁ piece because of its size or it doesn‘t match your expectaions for other reasons, you can send us an email within 14 days after the arrival of our delivery to firstname.lastname@example.org
with the following contents:
- order number (can be found on the invoice)
- whether you want to exchange it for a different size/colour or item or return your order for a refund
- (only for returns) whether you would like to get your refund as a bank transfer or via Paypal - with the respective information (IBAN and BIC or Paypal email address)
You don't have to give us a reason for your return, but of course we're always interested to learn why you're sending your pieces back in order to make them better.
Following this, we will send you a DHL return label that you'll only have to print and attach to your return package.
You can hand in your return package at your local DHL branch/parcel shop, packstation, or just give it to the DHL deliverer of your choice (just don't forget to get your mailing receipt).
As soon as we receive and check your return, we'll either send your new piece on its way or transfer your refund ususally within three working days.
If your ordered piece has flaws or deficiencies we‘ll take the item back after the regular return period as well.
The process for this is the same as with regular returns - just let us know about the flaw in your initial email.

In case you find slight irregularities in the fabric (which can happen through the garment dye technique) it could be sufficient to wash your MÁ piece and slightly stretch it when still wet or iron it after in order to straighten it out.
In case that doesn't help we'll happily take back the washed piece as well.
